Monument & Pylon Signs

Free-standing signs identify your property from the street before customers reach the door. We build monument signs for apartments and offices, pole and pylon signs for plazas and gas stations, and post-and-panel and directional signs for the rest of the site.

Installation & permits

Site, permits and installation

Free-standing signs often need more planning than wall signs: city permits, setbacks, and sometimes engineering for the footing. We review the site and the city requirements with you before we build, and we handle the installation with the equipment the job needs.

Why choose this sign

  • Visible from the street and parking areas
  • Can identify several tenants in one sign
  • Gives a property a finished, professional entrance
  • Built for long outdoor life

Artwork & photos that help us quote

  • Your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) if you have it - a clear PNG or JPG is fine to start.
  • A straight-on photo of the wall, window, vehicle or site where the sign will go.
  • Rough measurements of the space, and any size limits from your landlord or city.
